By using Vexifa QR Code at vexifaqrcode.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. License to Use

VexifaSoft grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Use the Vexifa QR Code generator for personal or commercial projects
  • Download and distribute QR codes generated by the tool
  • Embed generated QR codes in print materials, websites, packaging, and any other medium
  • Use generated QR codes in client work without attribution

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to generate QR codes that:

  • Link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or scam destinations
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • Facilitate spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Contain content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for the content encoded in any QR code you generate.

4. No Warranty

Vexifa QR Code is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VexifaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service. Our total liability shall not exceed zero dollars, as this is a free service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Vexifa QR Code website design, branding, and codebase are the intellectual property of VexifaSoft. The QR codes you generate are yours. Any logo or image you upload remains your property — we never store or access it.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Vexifa QR Code at any time without notice. Because QR codes are generated locally in your browser, any codes you have already downloaded will continue to function regardless of service availability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
