As a local-first software company, we build tools that prioritize your privacy by keeping data off the cloud and on your hardware. However, because Vexifa is a new independent platform, it has not yet established a global reputation with safety services. As a result, you may see automated safety warnings from Windows SmartScreen or common antivirus tools during installation.
Why does this happen?
Microsoft and antivirus providers use "reputation" systems for software. Until thousands of users have downloaded and run our application, these services may consider it "unrecognized" or "potentially untrusted." This is a security feature to protect you from unknown files, but for independent software like Vexifa, it's a hurdle we must clear together.

Select "Run Anyway"
The "Run anyway" button will appear, allowing you to launch the software.

Vexifa SEO and EMP aren't stripped-down previews — when they ship, you get the full Pro feature set as the v1.0 release. We use them ourselves in production while we finish the remaining polish.
Vexifa SEO — In development
Full-site Rust crawler with no URL cap, keyword rank tracking, Google Search Console integration, 14 parallel AI audit agents (Bring Your Own API key — OpenAI, OpenRouter, or local Ollama), GEO visibility scoring for AI answer engines, 25-signal drift monitoring, white-label HTML reports, and multi-site dashboard. Everything runs locally — crawl data, rankings, and audit history live in a SQLite database on your machine.
Vexifa EMP — In development
Local contact management (tested to 1M+ contacts in SQLite), campaign builder with AI copy studio, segmentation and list filtering, A/B testing framework, and SMTP integration for AWS SES, Mailgun, and SendGrid. Bring your own sender — you keep all the contact data and pay only what your SMTP provider charges. Automation builder UI lands in v1.0.
Vexifa Cyber Secure — Available now
CVE scanning against a locally synced NVD snapshot, AI threat advisor with your own API key, one-click Windows hardening, YARA-based malware scanning, real-time process tree inspection, network connection monitoring, browser extension auditing, DNS and hosts file protection. Ships as v1.0.1 on the Microsoft Store.
System requirements
- OS: Windows 10 (build 19041 or later) or Windows 11
- CPU: Any 64-bit x86 processor — ARM64 builds shipping with v1.0 across the Vexifa lineup
- RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended for AI features running locally via Ollama
- Disk: Under 100MB per installed app. Local databases and AI models live in
%APPDATA%and grow with use. - Network: Required only for licence validation, SMTP/API calls you initiate, and optional cloud AI providers. All document/data processing runs locally.
